Ooooolala!! My first baked good!! Cast from custom little & large croissants from my neighborhood bakery, Ayu Bakehouse on Frenchmen & Dauphine. The herb bowl is on the underside of this precious pipe, so that when it sits normally, the business side is down, hidden.
BETA: please note these are the very first batch of smokable croissants, but the glazing scheme is still being perfected. Future croissants will look slightly different in glaze.
